Biography

I am interested in addressing care gaps for people experiencing HIV and concomitant substance use disorder, particularly stimulant abuse. I am currently on an NIH-funded research gap year, where I am working with Dr. Ayesha Appa on the CoMBo Study, a contingency management program aimed at reducing stimulant use and increasing HIV anti-retroviral therapy adherence in women at Ward 86. I look forward to connecting with UCSF’s multi-disciplinary HIV research enterprise and growing my clinical research skillset.
