Stephanie Cohen, MD, MPH

Biography

Stephanie Cohen, MD, MPH is the medical director of San Francisco City Clinic and the section director for HIV and STD prevention in the SF Department of Public Health’s Disease Prevention and Control Branch. She attended Harvard Medical School, and completed training in internal medicine and infectious diseases at the University of California, San Francisco and has a Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. She attends on the HIV/ID consult service at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and provides STD drop-in care and HIV primary care at SF City Clinic. Her research focuses on using implementation science to guide the translation of STD and HIV prevention research into clinical and public health practice.
