Biography
Al is the computational lead of the new CFAR Bioinformatics Core, co-directed by Gabi Fragiadakis and Sulggi Lee. He will be applying his extensive skillset in high-dimensional data analysis to support a variety of projects in collaboration with the HIV research community at UCSF. As part of the core's service to the community, Al will be conducting weekly office hours on Tuesdays 3-5. This is an opportunity for investigators at all levels to meet Al, hear more about the core's plans, and receive consultation and advising on projects that involve bioinformatics in HIV/AIDS research. Please reach out to Al to make an appointment!
