Samantha Feld, MPH

Biography

Samantha Feld, MPH is a Research & Evaluation Manager at Cardea Services in Oakland, CA and has worked in public health over the last seven years. In her role at Cardea, Samantha manages mixed method evaluation projects for state and local health departments, community-based organizations, and foundations. Samantha is involved with all phases of program evaluation, including evaluation design, instrument development, data collection, data management, analysis and dissemination. Since 2014, she has overseen data management, analysis and quality improvement efforts for routine HIV testing programs in Alameda, Solano, Sonoma and Riverside Counties, including the testing program at Santa Rita jail. Samantha graduated from Boston University with an MPH.
