Research Interests

HIV persistence depends on reservoirs of CD4+ subsets. The lack of a safe and accurate method of sampling relevant cell populations in infected individuals is a key obstacle in advancing the cure agenda. We are developing a novel device for aspirating lymphocytes from the thoracic duct followed by analysis and comparison with other compartments.
