Anthony Muiru, MD, MPH

Dr. Anthony Ndichu Muiru is a nephrologist and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at UCSF. His research is focused on understanding the determinants of kidney disease among individuals living in sub-Saharan Africa and African Americans. He is leveraging existing HIV infrastructure for non-communicable disease care and research in rural Africa.
