Angela Moore

Biography

Angela Moore is a Senior Housing Advocate at Contra Costa Interfaith Housing (CCIH), where she provides targeted housing support services to clients living in West & Central Contra Costa County. Angela provides face to face client intakes and assessments for persons living with HIV/AIDS, facilitates landlord/tenant mediation on behalf of homeless and at-risk clients, and provides eviction prevention support, housing search and placement, and housing education (individual and group educational workshops), along with preparing financial assistance requests to the County HOPWA Program for eligible clients. Angela attends Consortium Meetings for the HOPWA Program, Medical Case Rounds, and is a Member of the Oakland Transitional Grant Area Planning Council and the Data Quality Committee. Angela resides in East Contra Costa County, where in her spare time she likes to spend time with her grandson Ivy, work in her garden, read, and write books.
