Dear CFAR Early Stage Investigators,
The Einstein-Rockefeller-CUNY Center for AIDS Research is hosting the 28th National CFAR Meeting in New York City, New York from October 28-30th. They are planning to welcome Early-Stage Investigators (ESIs) as attendees and participants in the CFAR Scientific Symposium, ESI Poster Session, and CFAR Leadership Dinner on Tuesday, October 28th and an ESI Mentoring Workshop on Wednesday, October 29th. All nominated abstracts will be presented as posters during the ESI poster session with some abstracts selected for oral presentation during the symposium. This is a good opportunity for exposure, as all of the CFAR Directors, NIH program staff, and many other investigators from different CFARs attend this meeting.
Abstracts are welcome on all aspects of HIV/AIDS clinical, behavioral, public health, or laboratory research.
Abstracts are allowed to have been presented at another meeting (e.g., CROI). Abstract submission guidelines are linked here.
If you are interested in being considered to present at this session (we're allowed to submit two abstracts from our CFAR), please submit your abstract via the webform below, by 5p Thursday, May 30, 2024. If your abstract is selected by our CFAR, we will pay for the expenses to attend the meeting. This is a good opportunity to have exposure to NIH program officers and HIV investigators from across the country.
