David Reagan, JD

Biography

David Reagan is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law. While in law school, he interned at the public defender office and obtained a certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law. After graduating, he worked at a law firm representing life term prisoners seeking parole, and then at a law firm representing clients challenging their convictions through appeals and writs of habeas corpus in state and federal court. As a result of these practice areas, he has visited about half of California’s prisons and argued cases in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and California Supreme Court. In 2012, he started his own law practice where he has helped numerous clients defend against criminal charges, appeal convictions, and clean their record. A portion of his practice is dedicated to representing participants in the Brandy Martell Project at Tri-City Health Center, a program that provides HIV treatment to the transgender community in the East Bay.
