Demi Sandel, PhD

Biography

I am a postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in Biomedical Sciences (from UCSF!) interested in understanding the immunological mechanisms, especially those of CD8+ T cells, that lead to successful immune responses in both acute and chronic antigen settings. I am excited to use my background in human immunology and computational immunology to advance HIV-cure research.
