Biography

My research focuses on how changes in protein structure, interactions, and assembly state encode cellular responses to biological perturbations. My current research examines how HIV infection alters host protein states in primary CD4+ T cells to uncover mechanisms underlying infection-associated cellular responses and identify potential therapeutic targets. This work draws on my expertise in integrating structural proteomics with systems-level profiling and computational analysis to move from molecular discovery to mechanistic investigation.
