Biography
I am an Assistant Professor in Residence in the Department of Epidemiology & Biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and Faculty at the UCSF Partnerships for Research in Implementation Science for Equity (PRISE) Center. My research portfolio focuses on advancing the development and delivery of effective bio-behavioral HIV, mental health, and STI prevention interventions for adolescent girls and young women. I have conducted clinical trials and collaborative implementation research in Southern and Eastern Africa since 2011 and my research toolkit includes skills in behavioral change theory, mixed methods, human-centered design, implementation science, and complex randomized trial designs.
