Biography
Loris Mattox is the Executive Director of HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County based in Oakland, CA. She began her harm reduction work in 2000, working in San Francisco's Tenderloin and Bayview Hunters Point communities where she provided HIV education and testing services. She has been with HEPPAC since 2004 and this is her ninth year as Executive Director.
