2026 CFAR Early Career Research Excellence Awards
We are soliciting nominations for the 2026 CFAR Early Career Excellence awards to recognize and honor three outstanding early-career investigators.
This year, we continue our proud tradition of awarding outstanding early-stage investigators CFAR Excellence Awards. We will present three awards:
- Basic/Translational research in HIV;
- Clinical Research in HIV;
- Socio-Behavioral Research in HIV.

Nominations for these excellence awards are now being requested from our CFAR community. Recipients will be given an honorarium, a plaque and invited to give a 20-minute talk during our Future Leader's Symposium on April 17, 2026 from 10:00am-3:00pm (reception following).
Please nominate your mentee/colleague here by February 11, 2026.
