Connecting Spatial Proteomics with Optical Pooled Screening

Noor is a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Emma Lundberg's lab at Stanford University, where he leverages automated pooled optical CRISPR screens to decode the cellular logic underlying genetic perturbations and their effects on protein localization and expression. He earned his PhD in Biomedical Sciences from UC San Diego, where he worked in Dr. Gene Yeo's lab studying RNA localization at the subcellular scale using highly-multiplexed spatial transcriptomics. His research bridges genomics and proteomics to understand fundamental principles of cellular organization.
