Dr. Ji holds MD (both in China and USA) and PhD degrees (Immunology and Gastroenterology), and used to work in a universityhospital in Shanghai as a tenured staff physician. After further training as a molecular biologist in Chiron Vaccines Immune ResearchInstitute in Siena (IRIS), he began working at Stanford University School of Medicine where he has been since 1999. As a dedicated physician scientist on immunogenomics, Dr. Ji engaged in advanced enabling technologies at Stanford state of the art service centers for decades to support scientists for pathogenesis finding, Biomarkers discovering, and immunogenomics monitoring.
