Abhishek Koladiya, PhD, is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Division of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Stanford University and an ISAC Marylou Ingram Scholar. His research focuses on developing AI-driven and experimental approaches to understand cancer heterogeneity and therapeutic resistance. His contributions include EmbedSOM, a dimensionality-reduction algorithm, and tidyTOF, an open-source cytometry analysis framework. More recently, he developed CellFuse (Cancer Research, 2026), a deep-learning algorithm that learns shared representations across single-cell (CITE-seq and cytometry) and spatial omics (CODEX and MIBI-TOF) datasets to uncover cellular heterogeneity and identify clinically relevant cell states. At Stanford, he applies these approaches to investigate mechanisms of relapse and therapeutic resistance in pediatric B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). His work has been published in journals including Blood, Cancer Research, and Nature Communications
