I am an infectious disease physician-scientist with an interest in developing new diagnostics and therapeutics to treat patients with rare or emerging diseases. My work has focused on leveraging next-generation sequencing techniques to diagnose, prognose, and target treatments for critically ill or immunosuppressed patients. I also have developed expertise on the treatment of amebic encephalitis.
