The University of California San Francisco-Gladstone Institute of Virology and Immunology (GIVI) Center for AIDS Research leverages the scientific strengths of each institute to provide a central, strategic program focused on novel, interdisciplinary research in all aspects of HIV disease. Over 400 investigators utilize our administrative and scientific cores and services to support ongoing translational, collaborative research occurring at the intersection between basic, clinical and population sciences.
