These areas include the development of clinical and basic science research capacity in resource-constrained countries, and the long-term consequences of antiretroviral therapy on the biology of HIV disease.
The series pairs basic and clinical scientists working in complementary areas of HIV/AIDS research and introduces to the UCSF community noted HIV/AIDS scientists from other CFARs and medical research institutes in the United States and abroad. 2004-2005 DRSS SeminarsAs the 2004-2005 series has ended, the schedule of seminars for the 2005-2006 academic year will be posted in August.
