It emphasized training and leadership development for current and future leaders of our HIV/AIDS research enterprise. The program concluded at the end of June 2009. We hope the workshops together with the 360-Degree Coaching Assessment have brought value added to our Mentors. The CFAR Mentee Program will return with a new cadre of trained mentors and leaders in the Academic Year 2009-10.
