Steven Yukl, MD
Research Interests
My principal research interest is in the obstacles to eradication of HIV, including the mechanisms of latent infection of CD4+ T cells (and possibly other cells), the possible existence of other stable reservoirs or tissue sanctuary sites, the possibility of ongoing replication, and new therapies to overcome these obstacles to eradication.
